TERMS OF SALE

1. About

By making a booking with Traslados Valencia, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms of sale. You also declare that you have legal capacity to enter into this contract on your own behalf and on behalf of all persons included in the booking.

The holder of the booking will be responsible for:

• Making full payment for the service
• Notifying any changes or cancellations
• Receiving the booking confirmation
• Informing the other passengers

2. Online booking procedure

Through our website you can request private transport services in Valencia.

By completing the booking form:

• You are making a service request
• You must check that all details (dates, times, flights, names) are correct

The payment made guarantees that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method
• You authorize the charge for the requested service

Once the request and payment have been received:

• We will send a receipt confirmation email
• You will subsequently receive the final booking confirmation

The contract will only be considered finalized once the final confirmation has been sent.

3. Changes to the booking

• Free changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the service
• Changes with an additional cost must be paid at the time of the modification
• If the change reduces the amount, a refund may be issued (a management fee may apply)

Changes due to flight delays or similar incidents:

• Are not considered modifications if they do not exceed 60 minutes

Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may involve management fees.

4. Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service
• For refunds, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance

No refunds will be issued outside this period, except for justified reasons (such as documented illness).

In the event of the company cancelling the service, you will be offered:

• A full refund
• Or an alternative service

5. Wheelchairs and reduced mobility

You must indicate on the booking if you are travelling with:

• Wheelchair
• Scooter

As well as its features (foldable, electric, etc.), to ensure appropriate service.

6. Liability

Traslados Valencia reserves the right to correct errors in prices or website content.

It is not guaranteed:

• The total absence of technical errors
• The continuous availability of the website

In the event of a pricing error, the booking may be cancelled with a full refund.

8. Transport services

We are committed to carrying out the service at the agreed time, although this cannot be 100% guaranteed due to external causes.

Waiting times:

• Airport: up to 60 minutes after flight arrival
• Other locations: up to 20 minutes

Flight delays:

• Included up to 3 hours at no additional cost
• Over 3 hours: service subject to availability and additional cost

The service includes:

• Private door-to-door transport
• Luggage assistance

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic
• Strikes
• Checkpoints or other external causes

9. Luggage

Each passenger may bring:

• 1 suitcase (max. 20 kg)
• 1 piece of hand luggage (max. 5 kg)

Excess luggage:

• Must be indicated on the booking
• May incur additional costs

The following will not be transported:

• Dangerous objects
• Undeclared animals
• Weapons

The customer is responsible for their luggage during the service.

10. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

• Carrying the necessary documentation
• Complying with legal regulations

Traslados Valencia is not liable for incidents arising from failure to comply with these obligations.

11. Right of admission

Service may be denied to persons:

• Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Displaying inappropriate or dangerous behaviour

In these cases, there will be no right to a refund.

It is forbidden to:

• Smoke
• Consume alcohol or drugs in the vehicle

12. Complaints

For any incident, please contact us as soon as possible.

This will allow us to:

• Analyze the case
• Offer an appropriate solution

13. Languages

The website is available in Spanish and English.

In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

14. Intellectual property

All content on the website is the property of Traslados Valencia.

Its full or partial reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

15. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

The competent jurisdiction shall be that of the courts of Valencia.
