You can request a modification or cancel your booking quickly.

Important: you can only modify or cancel with a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the outbound service. After you send your request, our team will get in touch with you to confirm the next steps (including, if applicable, a refund or charging a price difference).

Booking modification

Changes are allowed free of charge up to 24 hours before the service. If the change involves a fare reduction, you will be offered a refund subject to a reasonable administration fee, provided these changes are made at least 48 hours before travel.

Booking cancellation

Cancellations are allowed free of charge up to 24 hours before the service. If your booking is one-way or return, we may refund the fare you paid for the part you do not use, provided you cancel at least 48 hours before the travel date.
